Meet The Team

Stephanie Baldwin

I’m Stephanie Baldwin and when you work with me, you get to work with a team of professionals in the real estate industry.  I was born and raised in King County and spent most of my years in South King County.  I started my professional career working in various customer service and marketing positions at local companies, including PACCAR.  I began my full time career as a REALTOR® in 2004 and have been connecting buyers with sellers ever since.  I specialize in both sides of the transactions from listing and selling homes, to working with buyers.

I have some “alphabet soup” after my name.  These “letters” were worked very hard for by taking classes, exams and selling a certain number of homes in a set period of time.  I am proud to hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional)  REALTOR® designations.

Being in more than one place at a time is difficult, so if I am out of town I rely on a few others to help me.  Here are the others on my team:

John & Sarah Payson – these happy real estate experts work with me to serve clients in Seattle and on the Eastside.  They are very helpful and successfully negotiate on behalf of the clients they serve.  I truly enjoy every moment I spend with them and I’m confident you will, too.

Christie Merrill – she serves clients in South King County and Pierce County.  With her local knowledge and real estate expertise, she cares for her clients and provides excellent care to them.

Rhonda Porter – my clients and I have really enjoyed working with Rhonda, my trusted mortgage professional.  She has over 13 years of mortgage experience and is so friendly, warm-hearted, and very knowledgeable about the loan process.  In fact, you may know her as @mortgagporter on Twitter and she has a fantastic daily blog located at The Mortgage Porter.  She assists my clients with home and condo purchases as well as mortgage refinances.
